MUJI Canada accepts returns or exchanges of unwashed and unused merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt to be processed for a full refund via the original payment method.

Ensure your items are in original condition with tags attached; please note that final sale items, underwear, and opened bedding cannot be returned.

Locate your original receipt or online order confirmation email as proof of purchase is required for all transaction processing.
Visit a MUJI Store
Bring the items and documentation to any MUJI Canada retail location; online orders can also be returned in-store for your convenience.
Receive Refund
Once the items are inspected by our staff, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment, typically appearing in your account within 5-10 business days.
